Federal Firearms License (FFL)
According to US law, if you are purchasing a firearm, you are required to fill out the FFL form.
Information for FFL:
To ensure the fastest delivery and transfer of your purchase, please make note of the following.
- If possible, please get permission from your preferred FFL dealer prior to ordering. You are responsible for paying any fees levied by your FFL dealer for the legal transfer of your purchase.
- In the "Shipping Address & Method" area please enter the name and address of your FFL dealer and your email address. In the "Billing Address" area please enter your personal address for payment verification purposes. "Billing Address" must be the street address associated with your credit/debit card for payment to be successful.
- Contact your FFL dealer and ask them to send a copy of their FFL to firstname.lastname@example.org, citing your name and order number. Customers in California must also have their FFL dealer include their CFD number as well.
- If you are ordering an item restricted by the National Firearms Act (NFA) also have your FFL dealer send their SOT, declaring that they are a licensed NFA firearms dealer.
